It is very important that the shower and bathtub are caulking to the maximum level.
In the shower / bath and  kitchen sink a lot of water is flowing as we use.
If the caulking is peeled or damaged, the water can pass through it and damage the walls and the ceiling of the house and also cause mold on the walls.

When do we know that caulking needs to be replaced?

• When the caulking peels off

• When the caulking is very hard and cracked

• When it's full of mold and started to get black
